Never before has the world changed as rapidly as it will in the 2020s: climate change, artificial intelligence, social shifts – the list goes on. Hyper-change is affecting all our systems, challenging people, societies and businesses alike. To keep up, we need to adapt quickly and become transient human beings with the ability to shape our environment under increasing uncertainty. «What, if…?» is my favourite question and in the past decade, I have asked it a lot. As a professional for strategic innovation and human growth, I have developed digital and hybrid transformation formats for renowned organisations such as Samsung, Henkel, Weleda or the European Committee of the Regions to foster upskilling and mindset shift at scale.

My work is highly value-driven, which means that I only dedicate my creative energy to scaling ideas that I want to see more of in this world – for myself, the people I care about, as well as for future generations. Learning With the Hollywood Formula

Why is it so easy to binge-watch a Netflix series — and so hard to finish an online course? This question drove me during my time at iversity. In response, I produced a project-based online course on agile management, told in the form of a fictional story. With a small team and a limited budget, we created 90 minutes of scripted video to explore what story-based learning could look like.
