To keep up, we need to adapt quickly and become transient human beings with the ability to shape our environment under increasing uncertainty. Empowering people to build a brighter future for themselves, society, and future generations is at the heart of my mission.

»What if…?« is my favorite question. In the past 10+ years I have asked it a lot to imagine better ways of doing things and replace the old paradigm in various fields. As Director of Product at one of Europe’s pioneering course platforms, I envisioned the online learning experience of the future and built educational programmes with renowned organisations like the WWF, UNEP and the Global Labor University that reached tens of thousands of learners worldwide. As an independent strategist, I worked with pioneering start-ups and established companies on systemic innovations that would change the game in healthcare, education and sustainability. Today, I help organisations become future-ready by fostering human development and embracing creative disruption to create a brighter future for us all.

I have an M.A. in Media Studies and a B.A. in Cultural Studies. Currently I’m doing a M.Sc. in Psychology. I’m certified as a Coach (ICI), Design Thinking Team Coach and Scrum Product Owner (Scrum Alliance). As an alumni of the UnSchool of Disruptive Design, I trained with Dr. Leyla Acaroglu in sustainability and systems change. At the C.G. Jung Institute Zurich, I trained in psychodynamic psychology to explore the deeper forces driving human growth.
